Subsequently, he pursued postgraduate studies in Orthopaedics at Sri Ramachandra Medical College in Chennai from 2015 to 2018. During his Post Graduation he was awarded the prestigious “NICHOLAS ANDRE GOLD MEDAL-2018” and came out as the Best Outgoing Postgraduate Student. With a commitment to holistic patient care, Dr. Saikrishna then took up Senior Residency position at BIRRD(T) Hospital in Tirupathi, where he not only applied his accumulated knowledge but also continued to expand his expertise and served the poor from 2018 to 2019. In his role as an Assistant Professor at BIRRD(T) Hospital & Padmavathi Womens Medical College in 2019, he participated in teaching and multiple CME programmes. He then started to pursue Fellowship in Spine Surgery at the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre & Research Institute from 2019-2021. Following which he finished OSSAP Fellowship in Spine Surgery (2021-2022), during which he won the “PROFESSOR VYAGHRESWARUDU GOLD MEDAL-2022” at OSSAPCON 2022. His interest to be an expert in the latest developments in the field of Spine Surgery, led him to get trained in Endoscopic Spine Surgery at Seoul Segyero Hospital, Korea and many other prestigious institutes. He simultaneously finished his Fellowship in Pain Management and Diploma in Spine Surgery leaving no stone unturned. Dr. Saikrishna stands as a beacon of medical education and ethical practice.
